Conus sp.
Description
sp.1 (Conus cf. lyratus):
Shell of small size, biconical. Spire
short. Four whorls, each slightly convex in outline. Each whorl rising by a
decided step from the anterior suture. Aperture narrow but expanding slightly
anteriorly.
On the spire-whorls there are four or
five small spiral threadlets. On the entire last whorl there are spiral incised
lines and very curved growth lines.

short. Three whorls, each slightly concave in outline. Aperture narrow. On the
spire-whorls there are four or five small spiral threadlets. On the entire last
whorl there are spiral incised lines and curved growth lines.
